Delivery & Processing Time
2-3 Business Days (Processing & Delivery)

There is NO extra charge for Rural deliveries.

You will be notified about the expected date of delivery within 24-48 hours of placement of order. Tracking information will be sent via email with the tracking link. If you do not receive your order within 3 business days from the shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can initiate investigation with our courier partner (NZ Couriers/Courierpost Liability for lost package is only applicable if notified within 14 days of dispatch). Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via NZ Couriers or Courier Post only. Orders shipped requires signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, we highly recommend that you make arrangements to have a friend or family member home to accept the package, or that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to make alternative arrangements.
